ProjectVisitor Terms of Service

Welcome to ProjectVisitor.com ("ProjectVisitor," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, games, digital products, virtual items, and community platforms (collectively, the "Services").

4. Cheating, Exploits, and Fair Play
You may not:
" Use cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized tools
" Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
" Reverse engineer or attempt to extract game logic
We may investigate and take enforcement action, including permanent bans and data resets.
5. Virtual Goods, Currency, and Digital Content
The Services may include virtual items, in-game currency, subscriptions, and digital goods.
License, Not Ownership
All such items are licensed to you, not sold.
You acknowledge:
" Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
" They are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted
" We may modify, remove, or reset them at any time
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Chargebacks and Abuse

6. User Content and Creator Rights

Creator / Streaming Rights
We allow non-commercial streaming, video creation, and sharing of gameplay content, provided:

" You do not imply endorsement
We reserve the right to revoke these permissions.
7. DMCA and Intellectual Property Enforcement
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a notice to: admin@projectvisitor.com
We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may:

" Reset progress, rankings, or data
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
